We made a vermouth with Wavy Wines! And not just any vermouth; it's a citrusy, herbaceous, extremely drinkable beauty, made from Frotenac Noir grapes, infused with Southern California botanicals harvested and foraged in Malibu and Mt. Washington.
It's a sweet vermouth, but not cloying, and there's no added sugar; the sweetness results from the naturally occurring residual sugars in the wine.

How to drink it?
*Serve it on the rocks, or serve Spanish-style with a splash of soda, an orange slice and a green olive
*Our in-house Botanicals Spritz has 2.5 oz Botanicals and 2.5 oz tonic water, poured over ice in a wine glass, garnished with an orange slice
*Use in a negroni: Our go-to is 1 oz Future gin (a herbaceous, LA-made gin), 1 oz Forthave Red (a craft spirit Campari alternative) and 1 oz Botanicals vermouth... Stir well and garnish with an orange twist
