Introducing the seasonal counterpart to our beloved Magic Spice! The Mushroom Magic Spice is a savory flavor amplifier - think umami in a jar, with a hint of warming spices. Just like the original, it's magical on everything - but it's especially designed to make vegetables sing! Made in collaboration with CAP Beauty.
What's behind the magic? Dried mushrooms (in line with our no-waste kitchen philosophy, we use trimmings from the Smallhold mushrooms we serve on our menu) and dried onions form the extra-savory base of the blend. Then we add warming spices (cinnamon, star anise, clove, coriander seed) and CAP pink mountain salt to make a versatile spice that's wildly flavorful, but also subtle enough to use in myriad ways.
